Ala mil – Jazz Punk – 2020

Nosso quarte álbum, talvez o que mais demorou pra sair, devido a uma série de problemas,  2019 e 2020 anos bem complicados com problemas familiares, existenciais e agora com essa pandemia pra piorar.

Mas vamos em frente.

Nesse disco quis mostras a relação do jazz com o punk que começou com Velvet Underground, MC 5 e Stooges que eram muitos fãs do lado mais agressivo do jazz, no caso o free jazz de Ornette Colleman, Sun Ra e outros grande nomes e essa combinação continuou no post punk, na cena no wave de NY e também em algumas bandas de hardcore e post hardcore como Black Flag, Minutemen e Fugazi.

No Brasil os maiores representantes disso foram as excelentes bandas Patife Band, Colarinhos Caóticos e Crac.

No disco aparecem outras referências como o thrash metal e progressive metal de bandas como Voivod, música brasileira, funk e dub.
